Privacy & cookies
Contact Ladyfemi Studio at work@ladyfemi.com about your information or your choices.
Your enquiry
We use the name, email address, service choice and brief you send to answer your enquiry, agree work and deliver it. Your optional website address and discovery-source answer help us understand the request and how you found us. Please leave out confidential source material, passwords and payment details.
The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business Gmail, provided by Google. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days and uses spam checks. We keep business correspondence while it is needed to respond, deliver agreed work or maintain required business records. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion at the email above. We do not add enquiries to a mailing list automatically.
Optional visitor measurement
Google Analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics”. Declining does not affect your ability to browse or enquire. When allowed, it helps us measure page visits, broad traffic sources, service-link clicks, sample downloads and enquiry steps. It uses first-party cookies with browser identifiers; Google also processes technical request information. We do not send your name, email address, brief or other form answers to Analytics.
Our measurement code removes URL query strings and fragments from page addresses and sends only the origin of referring websites. Only our predefined campaign labels are included. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. A submit attempt or a return-page visit is not proof of a delivered enquiry or sale.
Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days. Your allow/decline choice is stored in your browser for up to 90 days. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to change it. Declining again removes accessible Analytics cookies and stops measurement on the reloaded page. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also disable our measurement.
Google processes Analytics data under its service and data-processing terms. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google safeguards Analytics data. Service providers may process data outside the UK. The website host and form provider may process technical information needed to serve pages and prevent abuse independently of optional Analytics.
Exclude your own visits
If you are reviewing or testing the site, exclude this browser so those visits do not distort our visitor figures. This preference is stored locally until you undo it or clear your browser data.
